I'm a UX leader with 10+ years of experience who is passionate about building and growing the teams that do great work. I care most about developing people, shaping team culture, and creating the conditions where a content practice can thrive, whether that's maturing a discipline, establishing standards, or growing a team.

My craft sits at the intersection of human behavior, communication, and design, with deep expertise in content design, information architecture, and the content systems that connect brand expression, product utility, and digital ecosystems. I specialize in guiding language and content strategy across interfaces, bridging content strategy into content engineering and architecture, content atomization, tokenization, context and prompt engineering, and AI integration. I help teams move from ad hoc content decisions to intentional, scalable ecosystems.

Outside of work, I’m an avid learner, fitness enthusiast, and animal lover. You'll find me exploring the world with my husband Tom, spoiling our corgi Edna, frequently attempting to throw a heavy barbell over my head, and always reading three books at once.
